Meet Your Guide

My Career
Didn't Begin At The Top.

It began on the frontlines, learning, navigating, and growing through every opportunity that came my way.

My career did not follow a traditional path. Looking back, I wouldn't have wanted it any other way. Every experience shaped the leader I am today and taught me that meaningful careers are built with intention, not by following someone else's expectations.

I earned my first degree at 30 while balancing marriage, motherhood, work, and the responsibilities that don't pause simply because you're building something more for yourself.

There were no shortcuts.

Only commitment.

Only consistency.

Only the decision to keep moving forward.

Over time, I stepped into leadership. Then executive leadership.

From the outside, it looked like everything was working.

But behind many of those milestones were moments when I questioned whether I truly belonged in the rooms I had worked so hard to reach. Moments when doubt was louder than confidence. Moments when I second-guessed my voice, my decisions, and even my place at the table.

Not because I lacked the ability, but because growth often asks us to lead before we feel completely ready.

And not enough people talk honestly about what that feels like.

TURNING POINT

Explore
The Shift

As my career progressed, something deeper began to change.

I realized that growth without alignment creates tension. That achievement without intention can still leave you feeling disconnected from yourself. And that success is most meaningful when it reflects who you are and what matters most.

I came to understand that clarity is not a destination. It is something we intentionally return to as we grow, lead, and navigate new seasons of life.

That realization transformed the way I approach leadership, careers, and the work I do every day.

Today, I help individuals and leaders find that same alignment so they can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.

WHAT I BELIEVE

My Philosophy
Clarity over confusion.
Confidence over second-guessing.
Purpose over autopilot.

I believe that meaningful careers and meaningful leadership are an art, not a science.

They are not built by following someone else's formula. They are intentionally crafted through clarity, strengthened by confidence, guided by purpose, and refined through experience.

Because careers are not built accidentally. They are built through intentional choices that align who you are with the impact you are called to make.

Whether you're navigating your own career journey, leading a team, or shaping an organization, the work begins the same way: with intentional choices rooted in authenticity, courage, and purpose.

Art of Careers was built on that belief. It is more than the work I do. It is the work I deeply believe in and am honored to do alongside individuals and leaders who are ready to move forward differently.

With clarity.

With confidence.

With purpose.
